Constantly keeping up with the latest technology Micra recently purchased a new state of the art chassis straightening Car-o-Liner Quick 42 bench coupled with the Car-O-Tronic computer measuring system. Using computer technology the Quick 42 bench improves quality assurance in a shorter time, with better results.
Our cleverly constructed workshop makes the repair process quick and easy. The ‘U’ shape design means cars are able to drive straight through one door of the workshop and out the other completed. The first area of the workshop is the panel beating area. Cars then proceed to the painting area and into either of the five car preparation bays, or one of the two nine metre drive through bake ovens. Once the cars have been painted and baked they then drive out the other side of the bake oven into the fitting and assembly area, then onto the internal detailing and car wash area. Once the cars have been completed we check the car multiple times ensuring that all cars are completed to the highest standard.
